The pour-over I made with this had that honeyed sweetness from the nose all the way through the finish, and it stayed balanced even as it cooled. It's become my go-to single-origin when I want a filter coffee that feels complex without being fussy.

Brewed a V60 with this and the cup was incredibly sweet and balanced, exactly as the flavor notes promised. For a single-origin Ethiopian filter coffee, it's remarkably clean and complex. Already ordered another bag.
