The blackberry note is what got me—it’s bright and juicy, not at all hidden behind the chocolate. This one’s silky in the cup, no bitterness even as it cools.

The caramel and chocolate notes really come through in the milk drink I make every morning, and the blackberry brightness keeps it from feeling heavy. Ground it for my drip machine and it brewed smoothly with no bitterness, even at the end of the cup.
