Roasted this for my morning V60 and the body is exactly as described — thick and round, not thin at all. The dried fruit sweetness carries through even as the cup cools, and at 1 kg I’ve got plenty of sessions left before reordering.

The chocolate and dried fruit notes really come through in a pour-over, and the body is exactly as described—rich but not heavy. One kilo is plenty for daily brewing, and the balance holds up even as the bag gets low.

This bag lasted me a solid month of morning pour-overs, and the body is exactly as described—thick and round, with a chocolate finish that lingers nicely. Ground it coarse for my V60 and got a beautifully balanced cup every single time.
