Brewed this with my V60 this morning and the cup was incredibly clean and smooth, exactly what you want from a filter roast. The marzipan note comes through subtly on the finish, and for a kilo of certified organic beans, the price feels very fair.

My pour-over ritual got noticeably smoother with this bag—the milk chocolate and marzipan notes come through exactly as described, with zero bitterness. The organic certification is a nice bonus for the price of a kilo.

This bag’s been in my rotation for two weeks and the milk chocolate and marzipan notes really do come through in a pour-over. It’s smooth with zero bitterness, and the 1 kg size means I’m not reordering every few days.
