Collective Subscription - Filter (DK)

I wasn't sure a monthly coffee subscription would be worth it, but the variety of single-origin filter roasts has made my morning pour-over routine feel like a little adventure. The freshness is obvious the second I open the bag, and I've already found a couple of beans I'd never have picked myself.

Third month in and the roast dates are still stamped right on the bag, so I know exactly when these beans were roasted. The Kenya batch brewed beautifully in my V60 with a clean, bright cup that lasted all week.

The Ethiopian batch this month was absurdly bright and juicy—exactly what I hoped for when I signed up. The single-origin rotation keeps my pour-over routine from ever feeling boring, and the roast date on the bag is always just a few days old.
