The crema on this one is gorgeous and the mouthfeel is silky, not thin like some filter coffees. I brewed a V60 and got that milk chocolate sweetness right up front, with the marzipan lingering at the end. Already ordered another bag.

The blueberry note comes through so clearly on the first sip, and it stays smooth all the way down without any bitterness. This washed organic bag brews a really elegant cup, perfect for a slow morning pour-over.

The marzipan note is what really stands out to me — it gives the cup a soft, dessert-like sweetness without any heaviness. Brewed it as a pour-over this morning and the body was silky from first sip to last.
